Delivery Policy

For orders up to 20 kg, which definitely includes small items like gaming devices and games, the delivery works like this:

  • If your order is under 50€, there’s a flat delivery fee of 3.60€ for items up to 5 kg, and the cost increases slightly with weight (up to 9.60€ for packages between 30-50 kg).
  • For orders over 50€, if the total weight is still under 20 kg, delivery is generally free.
  • They aim to deliver within 48-72 hours on business days.

So, for your Nintendo Switch and games, as long as your order is above 50€, you likely won’t have to pay for delivery if it’s under 20 kg. If it’s under 50€, expect to pay a small fee, around 3.60€.
