Delivery Policy

Couriers reach Podgorica Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 and on Saturday until 13:00
Standard delivery to the rest of Montenegro takes two to four working days. Packages heavier than 30 kg can need up to five working days with prior notice
Ananas Express is the in house courier. Tracking links keep you up to date until the parcel is in your hands

Shipping cost

A parcel up to 30 kg costs 1.99 EUR
A parcel over 30 kg or longer than 600 mm costs 14.99 EUR and two couriers may be required

When is delivery free

If you are an Ananas + member and the value of one shipment is 24.99 EUR or more
If you are a regular customer and the value of one shipment is 49.99 EUR or more
Free delivery never applies to parcels over 30 kg. In that case there is always a 14.99 EUR charge

Important: A shipment means all items that come from one seller or one warehouse. If your basket has items from different locations each shipment is priced on its own

Payment Methods

You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Dina cards, or choose cash on delivery when you receive the package.
